I have been BUSY!!

I know I have not posted for a very long time. I have made a ton of stuff though so I will try to post a little at a time.

One of my great friends invited another friend and myself to go to Disney World with her. How could we say no! I made this thank you card for her. The inside held a gift card. I think it came out cute! Of course I used the Mickey and Friends cricut cartridge to make the Minnie and Mickey.

I am really trying to stick to my resolution of scrapping more in 2009. Boy do I need all the help I can get! I stumbled upon Shimelle's blog while blog hopping and discovered the free online class she is offering right now on her blog!

Scraps of Color Weekly Challenge #1

I am going to do as many of the weekly challenges from Scraps Of color that I possibly can. Here is my take on the first weekly sketch.

These are pictures of my husband and myself from last summer and the two of us on vacation a year ago. The title 23 Years refers to our 23 year marriage. The journaling states that we have had our ups and downs but we take the ride together!

A Day Off

It is so nice to have a day off in the middle of the week. Of course I have housework to do but I also plan to do some scrapping and to update this blog with what I create today. Well, since I have been blog hopping for about an hour, I had better get to work.

Here is a layout that I did based on one of Tiare's free sketches. My Dh said he liked how it turned out. This is my first layout of 2009! The paper is Basic grey and the heart and title Heartbreaker are from the Indie Art Cricut cartridge. The arrow is from the Street signs cartridge.
